Public Ads :
Established on January 5, 2023, Public Ads initially focused on running advertisements for brands. The company received sixteen orders in its early stages, but unfortunately, the business failed due to a lack of adequate backup support. As a result, the company ceased operations on March 16, 2023, and did not engage in any further activities afterward.
Re-Started Operations
When the company ceased operations, it had also been running ads for affiliate marketing. During this period, Public Ads had the opportunity to partner with several affiliate companies. On April 22, 2023, Public Ads made a comeback, receiving offers from prominent affiliates like Bizgurukul, LeadsArk, Millionaire Track, I Digital Peanur, and Rich IND. These companies proposed that Public Ads promote and sell their courses within 10-12 days. Despite being in a loss, Public Ads decided to venture into affiliate marketing with the support of two dedicated staff members, Zehra Khan and Pankaj Pal. Their efforts proved successful, leading to impressive growth and substantial profit revenue in the affiliate marketing sector.

Why Did Affiliate Marketing End?
Affiliate marketing faced challenges despite the company's substantial efforts. Public Ads focused heavily on companies like IDigital Peanur and Millionaire Track. During this period, other automation companies such as Tallwin Life, Bot Bro, and Big Crown also approached. However, these ventures required investment, which deterred many individuals due to a lack of understanding and fear of fraud. These companies often targeted young people, initially focusing on 16-year-olds. When that strategy failed, they shifted their focus to Muslim girls, as a significant percentage of them stayed at home or attended college and were more accessible. Consequently, the majority of participants in IDigital Peanur ended up being Muslim girls.
Public Ads decided to discontinue affiliate marketing because it became a domain riddled with deceit under the guise of skill development. Moreover, affiliate certificates held no value in the freelancing world, as platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Work India do not recognize these credentials.
A pivotal moment came when Molana Abdul Shaikh declared in a speech that such work was impermissible (haram). He warned that those claiming to earn substantial daily amounts were merely trying to ensnare others into buying their courses.
Due to these reasons, Public Ads ceased its affiliate marketing operations on 08 July 2023.

Transition to New Ventures
During this period, the company realized that something was amiss. In response, they attempted to collaborate with Kotak Mahindra Bank for account opening services. Unfortunately, due to bank issues, Kotak discontinued the service after just 10 days. On June 5, 2023, Public Ads officially registered as Udhyam Yog and rebranded to Public Ads India I.Y.P.S. (India Youth Programming System). Under this new identity, the company rapidly built its community and launched the Digital Smart Work initiative.
The government's recognition of their efforts was swift, awarding them a certificate for involving over 100 girls in just 20 days. Public Ads India formed various groups (GP1 to GP8) during this time, each consisting of 10-20 members. The company then ventured into Demat account operations, a field they continue to excel in today.
Despite facing accusations of fraud and scams from other affiliate companies, Public Ads India remains steadfast, with no evidence supporting these claims.
